Odessa Employees? Credit Union was set up in 1953, with just a hand full of members, and today has expanded to over 1, 000 members. We're entirely member owned. The Board of Directors consists of eight city employees that are volunteers elected by the membership. If you are a city employee, or a family member of a city employee you are eligible to become a member of our Credit Union. We invite you to stop by and visit with our friendly team.
