Oien Family Child Care

The Solano County Licensed Family Child Care Association was founded over 25 years ago. The purpose was for providers to suit and get to know each other and network. Today, the Association plays a much bigger role and brings professionalism to family child care. Providers are mentored and receive early childhood training through various classes, workshops and conferences to enhance the quality of their programs and enable them to operate and manage a successful tiny business.
