Ole Time Barbecue

It all began when I was a young child helping my grandpa cook BBQ. My grandpa, Quillie Gray of Snow Hill, NC was beautiful best known for his barbecue. Growing up with grandpa I learned that time and patience are the 1st ingredients for nice barbecue. Grandpa Quillie and I talked of one day opening our own barbecue house. Unfortunately, grandpa passed away before this ever happened. Opening Ole Time Barbecue became a quest for me. After few years of banks telling me no, I was in the best place at the correct time.
