We'll include injury prevention education and a home program suited to your requirements. OSSR was established in 1984 by William O'Grady, DPT, OCS, COMT. We currently have grown from one tiny clinic situated on Meridian Avenue in Puyallup, Washington to our current, six office corporation serving the S Puget Sound region.
