We had a wonderful experience building our pool with Omni from conception through completion. The end result is our own private oasis which was our goal. Highly recommend.

We just had our old ugly pool & cool deck & yard redone by Omni pools, it was the best choice ever, Ventura, Megan, John & Justin were absolutely wonderful to work with, the whole crew did a phenomenal job! Omni Pools went above and beyond with their planning, organization and scheduling of our new pool. Communication and follow up to details were first class all the way. I highly recommend them.

We had another hot tub builder remodel our tub. That company obviously did not use a tape measure. The last step into the tub went from 10" to 13" which cannot be in a senior community public tub. There were other problems also. Ventura came down looked over the project and gave a quote. We went with Omni pools. They started on time and completed the job on schedule, which means a lot to our community. Anytime we had questions Ventura answered quickly and handled any changes needed. In today's contracting community it's hard to find those that will do what was bid on and stay on a schedule. I would recommend this company anytime.

I recently contacted Omni Pools when considering the removal of my inground swimming pool. Ventura Vargas, came out and explained the process and sent an estimate the next day. He was very professional and responded in a timely manner whenever I called with questions. I highly recommend Ventura and Omni Pools.

We have zero regrets choosing Omni Pool Builders and Design for our residential pool & spa installation. Part of the reason we chose Omni was how they presented every detail and assisted in all the design choices while giving us plenty of options. Having never built a pool before, we really appreciated how seamless they made it even with all the decisions that needed to be made up front.

Our project included knocking down (and rebuilding matching the old brick perfectly) a portion of brick wall to accomodate the dig and our desired equipment location, decking, and matching new brick wall around pool equipment to be in compliance with HOA rules. Their subs are super reliable, respectful, clean, masons are A-MAZING. I can't say enough good things about all of them.

They use a communication website which allowed us to see the details of every phase of construction but our sales person, project manager, and other office staff were also responsive to questions. No surprises, no hidden costs. The only thing that got a bit delayed was high demand decking materials availability which was out of their control. No matter, construction began on 3/10 and we were swimming on 5/25!

Omni pools was amazing. All their contractors were so professional and showed up on schedule. They give constant updates on their app so you always know what's going on. We had a great experience with Omni and are enjoying our beautiful pool despite it basically being winter and choosing not to have a heated pool. When we decided on a pool build we hoped it would be done in time to swim as early as possible next summer. With all of the reports of supply chain and labor issues of the past year or two and hearing nightmare stories of delays and quality issues in the industry, we were definitely concerned about choosing a quality builder and things getting done in a timely manner.

After plenty of research and reading reviews, we got designs and bids by 4 builders. The moment Rich arrived on site (3rd of the 4) to discuss our wants and map out the property I was impressed and refreshed by his demeanor, attention and insight. When I received the design I was even more so and pretty much knew from then that if we were going to go through with getting a pool, that it would be hard not to choose Omni.

After Rich transitioned us over to the team that would handle the construction process, John was our assigned project manager, we enjoyed working with him and he was our main point of contact through the on-site build process. He has always answered our questions and concerns promptly and fully and was on-site regularly and to inspect following each phase.

All parts of the process were smooth and any issues that we brought up, which in the grand scheme of things were minimal and minor, were always promptly responded to. The crews that came out for each part of the job (clearing, excavation, plumbing, gunite, cleanup, tiling, deck, finish, and finally cleanup) were efficient and respectful of our property.

If we had any questions for them they were always patient and attentive to answer. During the process we had access to an app on our phones to track the timeline of the entire process and to communicate through (we also were able to communicate outside of the app via text or call). We worked...

If you're thinking about getting a pool, use Omni! From inquiring, design, installation, and post installation, I've had an amazing experience. Tom Delaney, Scott Culver, Veronica Leyva were spectacular at every point of the project. I'm missing many others that were extremely helpful during this process as well but just know if you work with them every person you meet is more than pleasant.

From start to finish it was about 2 months and that was even with Tucson's unpredictable weather of rain and snow this season. I'm more than happy with how everything went and look forward to singing their praises for years to come. Thanks Omni Pool Builders and Design!

We decided to decommission our swimming pool due to having access to so many other swimming pools in Green Valley, AZ. The pool was built in the 60's and the heater was not working. The Omni crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, responsive and fun to work with. They went above and beyond cleaning after the pool was filled in. Ventura answered all of our concerns, was friendly and professional. Would work with Omni again in the future.

We are very pleased with all the work done by Omni Pools. Our pool and spa have somewhat difficult access but they did a great job putting in Tahoe Blue mini-pebble after a chipping out of the old plaster. Jim Dahnke was great juggling the scheduling despite challenges from the weather and, most importantly ensured timely completion of a very high quality pool and spa. We would very highly recommend them for pool update projects.

Omni Pool Builder & Design did an amazing job on renovating our pool. We had them replaster our pool, put in new tile and redo the deck. They just finished last month ahead of schedule. Jim Dahnke was the project manager and was wonderful from the very first call. Jim and all the workers that came out were very professional and friendly. Jim visited after every workday to insure it was done correctly.

We also were advised ahead of time when someone would be coming out. When an issue did come up, Jim was quick to let us know and what our options were. Our pool looks so amazing and giving Jim and Omni Pool Builders 5 stars.

I cannot speak highly enough about Omni Pool Builders. We live here in Tucson, and putting in a brand new swimming pool in our backyard during the pandemic seemed impossible. I did so much research, spoke with so many different contractors, and thought it would take at least a year or so. Omni Pool Builders was incredibly flexible and willing to put in a very large, 40 foot, beautiful, fiberglass pool and spa in an incredibly short time!

It was an amazing project, and we have a spectacular oasis now! It all happened so fast.when there were minor construction issues, as there always are in the real world, Omni Pool Builders was always quick to remedy and communicate, and they were always professional and fair. Most important of all for me, however, are relationships. All engagements, ideally, must be mutually beneficial. Projects CAN be win-win!

I hope the entire team from Omni Pool Builders enjoyed working with me on this awesome pool, because I valued and appreciated all of them from start to finish. We recently had the pleasure of working with Omni Pools and Jim Dahnke, Renovation/Project Manager. We contacted Omni Pool Builders for pool repair and resurfacing. Jim Dahnke provided a timely return to our phone call with an immediate appointment. During our discussion, Jim provided a number of options, pool surface suggestions and cost discussions.

Once the contract was signed, we found Jim's communication to be excellent. We were informed about upcoming work scheduled, and each construction landmark was followed with a personal visit and follow-up phone call from Jim. We are very, very pleased with the working relationship with Omni Pools, Jim Dahnke and the final result.

Omni Pool Builders helped us with a pool and spa chip out and resurfacing and other improvements. We couldn't be more delighted with the results. Not only was the work excellent, they were extremely flexible in working around our schedule. In particular, I was very impressed with their responsiveness. Any time I reached out, they were always immediately available and responsive. Their customer service and attention is top-notch. We highly recommend their services.

Omni Pools crew constructed a high quality pool and spa. Aaron Baker, one of the co-owners was very responsive and knowledgeable in the design and construction of the pool and spa. The end product of the lap pool and spa are outstanding. The various workers/crew who did the supervising, digging, rebar installation, piping and pumps were all excellent and hard working. There were some minor communication issues but these were readily resolved. I highly recommend Omni Pools

Jim and Aaron with Omni Pool Builders are exceptional at what they do. They were extremely patient, attentive and friendly. Omni was able to take our vision and create an absolutely stunning pool and spa. They always explained the process clearly, were prompt when making adjustments, and had a smile on their faces. We chose Omni Pool and Design because they were very responsive to us as soon as we reached out to them. We then learned that they build a superior pool for comparable prices to other companies. They just finished our backyard and it looks amazing! The pool is exactly what hat we asked for with no surprises. We have also loved working with Ventura!

Every little thing we wanted changed he made it happen. Any little problem we ran into he fixed it, even when we were ok with the product he would go above and beyond to make it look perfect. If we add on to our pool in anyway we will be calling Omni Pool again!

Great company to work with. Aaron was very patient with us in designing and redesigning our pool until we got it exactly how we wanted it. Martin was great throughout the construction process.
