On Deck Baseball

Women and men, young, old and in-between, amateur and professional; who does not enjoy taking a swing at a real baseball with a nice quality bat? Of course, if the weather is too hot or too cold, windy or wet, it might not be very comfortable. Or if the equipment is old, in disrepair, does not mimic a real pitch and/or the balls are heavy plastic (and a nice quality bat should not be used) the fun factor and capability to effectively and efficiently train are significantly limited.
