Dj and Joey did an amazing job! Their service was very detailed and thorough. They took their time examining/cleaning our HVAC unit and took plenty of photos which helped explain the issues we were having. You cant beat their service for the price which was very reasonable!

I saw on GMA a special that was going on today. I called and had service done right away on my furnace and AC unit by Fabian and Bernie. They were both very pleasant and self-explanatory with the service they were providing and given recommendations. I felt like they are trustworthy and highly recommend them.

Kevin arrived at my home on time and with a smile. Kevin got to work immediately checking all parts of my water heater to ensure that we had no leaks. Kevin also went into the attic and checked the gas lines for my furnace to give me peace of mind that there was no additional concerns. The on time experts have exceeded my expectations above and beyond I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Steven was very efficient and thorough, making my yearly maintenance seamless and easy, very knowledgeable and took his time answering all of my questions and showing me parts of my unit so I could understand what he was referring to!

The On Time Experts led by Charles just completed (over the past 3 days, just left 30 minutes ago) a main sewer repair at my house. They were very timely in their response to my panicked call (arrived within 1 hour). Charles was very thorough in explaining the process as well as patient and caring to my situation. Although I have not run my washing machine or dish washer yet, I fully expect things to be working without any problems or water back ups.

They explained that if I have any issues related to the work they have completed, they would make it right at no additional charge. The dig crew said if my yard settles to far down that they would come back to add more dirt to ensure my yard is back as it was. To date, I still need to let the company know the type of grass I have in the event it does not grow back.

Because they were not able to remove the grass in patches, Charles explained that they would provide seed so that my yard will be restored. I am satisfied with the service I received to date and would recommend On Time Experts for your plumbing needs.

Our repairman, Gilbert, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was going to examine. Then, he went down the tasks lists and kept us informed. When his evaluation was complete, he discussed the results, made suggestions according to his company guidelines, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Gilbert was efficient and did a thorough review. I would recommend his company to my friends and family.

I used this business and I was so surprised at how professional and genuine they are. Gabe was my technician and he was absolutely transparent and patient explaining what they do and the services they provide. Barry (spelling?) was fantastic! Very professional and courteous. He diagnosed what the problem was very quickly and explained everything in a manor that made me feel comfortable and good about what was going on. The repair was made quickly but there was a bigger problem that required more coolant than he had, he had to come back but fixed it quickly two days later.

And since I am a monthly member it didn't cost me a dime, even though he had to put in a total of 9 lbs of coolant. He was exceptional and deserves high praises for his professionalism and courteousy.

Justin was on time and detailed with all his work from looking at the cause of issue and explaining how to resolve each. They arrived quickly and did everything possible to resolve the HVAC issue immediately. Gabe was both pleasant and professional. This is an update to my original review: What started out as a reasonably straight forward repair turned into a repair nightmare. Apparently the replacement motor that was installed was defective and burned up a number of components all through the system.

It took 4 days and countless hours of labor by George, Fabian, and Gilbert but they got everything back in order and running perfectly. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their dedication and dealing with a cranky (overheated) old man to boot. My 5 star rating still holds. Thanks!

I noticed my AC wasn't working properly early Saturday morning. After trying a filter change and cleaning the coils it was was just getting hotter in the house. I did a Google search and these guys were at the top of the list and had good reviews so I contacted them. They were quick to reply and they were able to get someone out shortly after noon.

The Tech showed up and was very courteous and got straight to work. He diagnosed my problem, showed me the bad part and even put a meter on it to show me it was bad. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it right away. I was very thankful they were able to get out and get it fixed all in the same day on very short notice. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing AC work done.

Our A/C went out and we contacted On Time Experts. Gabe came out same day and was very professional and quick with diagnosing the issue. Collin did a great job trying to fix our a/c outside unit. Unfortunately it was beyond saving (18 years old and in bad shape.). The good news was the cost of repairs was applied to the new system I had installed the next day. The dispatcher, Holly, kept me informed of where the crew was and when they would arrive. They identified that it was a simple sensor that needed to be replaced. They charged me a fair price and completed the work the same day. The OnTime Experts was referred by the home improvement show Texas Home Improvement. The tech was originally going to come out and service my AC and ensure it was ready for the summer heat. Dominic, the tech, kept me up to date with his progress with videos and pictures. Explained all the steps he was doing and how the tests were coming out. He discovered a small gas leak, which I'm grateful for. Small gas leak that could spark into a fire.
After Dominic was done with the inside, he proceeded to take apart, inspect, and test all the outside components on the condenser. He blew the leaves off, cleaned the coils, and tested the current. Then he cleaned up everything. Made me feel at ease with the open communication.
I would recommend The On Time Experts to all my family and friends.

Marco from On Time Experts came today for a Spring air conditioning and heating check. As usual, he did an outstanding job. No other company is as thorough as On Time Experts. They check every little thing, including disassembling the fan cage and housing for a thorough fan cleaning and taking apart the outdoor coil housing for a complete coil washing. Ask the other companies if they do all that. They dont. On Time Experts is uniquely excellent in North Texas. They are truly on time and technicians like Marco are a pleasure to have in your home. Finally, On Time Experts never tries to se lol you a new system or maintenance you dont need. We are customers for life.

My service technician came out earlier than expected he was very neat and well groomed not to mention he had the coolest smile he also had unlimited knowledge of product and operations he did a fabulous job cleaning the interior and exterior of the AC unit he immediately recognized a small problem that

couldve turned into a huge problem and made the adjustment at a very reasonable cost I must say we are very very pleased you made our holiday weekend stress free and safe . Thank you good people.

Bernie came out to do annual maintenance. He explained what exactly what he was there to do. He properly cleaned inside the blower housing and took the time to remove all the leaves from inside outdoor unit. I will ask for Bernie as my preferred tech every time.

Great experience, called in the morning about my heater not working and Joey was here in about an hour. Joey was friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me information about my heater that I didnt know. I used On Time Experts today for the first time. It was a great experience from my very first phone call to schedule the appointment. The office staff was friendly and very efficient. My appointment was confirmed several times to be sure I would be home and I received updates concerning their exact arrival time. The techs George & Marcos were awesome .
