Very prompt and professional service. Kevin was at our house on 2 separate occasions and made sure this job was done right. He communicated with us every step of the way and made sure he made us aware of what he was doing and why he was doing it, all while being very pleasant despite completing a tough job. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and he did a wonderful job. Very pleased with our experience.

Highly recommend One Call Plumbing! One call was all that was needed to have a plumber at my house within two hours! Kevin was knowledgeable and professional and determined our problem quickly. We needed to have our water heater replaced. He explained the problem, , with pictures, , he discussed the price, and said he could complete the job the same day.

It's difficult to find reputable contractors, but now I have One Call Plumbing for plumbing services. Michelle was so friendly and accommodating. They had an opening the same day and Levi came over. He answered my numerous questions patiently and professionally. I was waiting for him to say that I exceeded the number of questions allowed, but he didn't.

His knowledge and information was so helpful. I was so impressed with the business practices of taking pictures, and clearly documenting 1.what was found, 2. recommendations, and 3. final work. That documentation was sent to me in an email which protects me as well as the business. I needed the ball valve before my hot water heater replaced and wanted to have some items inspected.

The hot water heater plumbing was not done properly when the home was built so I had that redone. Since my hot water heater is in the attic, I needed it to be to Code and possibly above Code. I highly recommend One Call Plumbing and will use their services again if needed.

Spencer was here within an hour of my call. Cleared the drain quickly and despite having some 'unusual' helpers, was a great sport and fantastic to deal with. I will say thought, that while the drain was impossibly clogged before, it still doesn't drain as well as it should, and I end up with 1-2 of water that have to drain over time after a shower.

Recently having purchased a house, I needed septic system inspection work performed. O found One Call Plumbing on the internet and noted they provided services that I required. The technician was timely, explained in detail the proposed work, and understood my objective. One call performed the work to my satisfaction, and I would use them again for future plumbing needs.

I had these folks out about three years ago for a hot water heater replacement and was taken aback at the cost; that said, my old unit wasn't up to code, so I can understand the additional expenses. With all the neighborhoods being built in my area (southwest Spartanburg/Moore), my water pressure was through the roof, so not only did I need a new pressure regulator valve, but I also had a leaking water supply for one of my toilets, and I needed a new outdoor spigot.

I can do about 90% of my repairs, but soldering and/or ProPress fittings are beyond my area of expertise/tooling. When Tore King (hope I spelled it correctly) came out, he not only kept me under my $500 budget, but he also moved the PRV inside the garage for easy-access and completed the work in less than three hours. Just watching him work, I could tell he was an "old salt" and knew his profession/trade SO well. Top-notch work. I am so satisfied with these folks, and I will continue to use them.

Todd came within the hour of our call, he inspected and repaired the leak within a few minutes. He was very thorough and professional. Everything he needed to fix the problem was readily available on the truck which was great, no waiting for someone to go to Lowes for parts. Price was reasonable and fair. Spencer Walker is as good as they come. His professionalism and pride in his work is something rarely seen these days. he was attentive and patient in his explanations of the services he provided. We needed our septic tank drained, which was done efficiently and quickly. He was thorough in checking all of our pipes and clogs to ensure they were clear before finishing his work.

He is a man who deserves recognition for the work he does. We will only call One Call Plumbing for all of our septic and plumbing needs in the future. You should do the same.

Excellent from beginning to end. The appointment was set for the next day and the leak I had under my house was worse than I thought. They basically removed all my old cast iron pipes and fittings and gave me a deal on replacing the leaky ones that I was unaware of before I called. They finished in one day and couldn't have been better tradesman. I hope I never have to call them again for plumbing services but if I do I won't call anyone else.

One Call has to be one of the best plumbing companies in the upstate area! We have had them out for three issues over the past year, and the quality of their work, as well as their responsiveness, was top notch every time. They installed a new sewer line and serviced/repaired septic tank, installed a new water heater in a different location with new plumbing, and responded quickly after a winter storm to check for a possible water leak.

They have impressed me every time with their knowledge, skill and professionalism! Please do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs - they are truly outstanding at what they do!

I just had a water heater installed in my loft apartment. It was quite a challenge seeing the water heater was up in the attic. There weren't any pull down stairs only accessible by a ladder. It was a forty gallon heater. Spencer and crew took out the old and put in the new the day he inspected the old heater. The inspector came a couple of days later and he even remarked what a good job they had done. I always recommend One Call Plumbing. Thank you Preston and especially Spencer and the guys. Great job. One Call Plumbing lived up to their name, answering on the first call (and on a Saturday!). Preston arrived in less than an hour. He diagnosed and repaired the problem (collapsed sewer line) while explaining the problem and our options in a logical, easy-to-understand way. When your toilet backs up, and the plunger doesn't help, it's frustrating and even scary. Called One Call Plumbing. Chuck was at my house within a half hour. Friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable guy. Had everything working in less than an hour. Super guy.

I called One Call Plumbing for a what appeared to be a backed up pipe. My laundry room flooded and I had noticed the kitchen sink was backwashing to its secondary sink. The office was open on Saturday! Yes! The person that answered the phone was pleasant and professional. You really don't understand how much you rely on your plumbing system until it fails. I called these guys and had nothing but a good experience. After a main drain clean out from a back up, the system started working and hasn't failed since. The tech even repaired a couple of outdoor faucets, washed down my walkway and driveway at no additional cost. If you need plumbing work, call these guys. I won't use anyone else.

Absolutely Amazing customer service. From the first call when I talked with Preston till the end result. I needed a gas line moved in my bathroom. They came next day to give me quote (for free) and then completed the job the day after that. I was told by three different people that it was going to be at least $2000 to do this job. One Call Plumbing beat them all price wise and time wise.

Called last night for help replacing bathroom sink fixtures which I had bought at Lowes and also tighten up a kitchen sink faucet. One Call Plumbing stated that they could help me the very next morning at 8:00 o'clock! The plumber came after double checking by phone that I would be available at the stated time. He quoted me a competitive price and when approved, he started immediately to work on the project.

After removing the old fixture and installing the new fixture, he saw that the Lowe's Delta product had stripped threads. So he had to remove the new fixtures and as I went back to Lowes for a replacement, he worked on the kitchen sink. Now realize that this plumber had to remove fixtures twice to install correctly new fixtures. No complaints by him.

Immediate response from One Call Plumbing, no increase installation pricing for what was not their fault and everything was left cleaner than when the gentleman arrived. We now know who we will call upon needing such services again.

This company was amazing and did an awesome job. They got here after having a long night at a different location and finished faster than I had thought they would. They went above and beyond on everything. I had to have my entire sewer line replaced (due to a poor job originally by the people remodeling the house). They gave me a quote that was far below the others and very reasonable for the work they did.

My wife and I were so relieved to have such a good company out here who wasn't going to charge us an insane amount right after we had moved in. They also walked us through each thing they did to make sure it was good, had shown us the issues that were present, AND even gave us tips for the future. One Call Plumbing is professional, affordable, and has made me a customer for life.

One Call plumbing is professional and timely and do great work. The staff was responsive and customer oriented. However, they are extremely expensive! I contacted several other plumbers to get a quote on an emergency issue at my house. Two other plumbers in the area were almost 1/2 the cost. I had to go with One Call Plumbing as they were the only one available.

Amazing service! Recommend to anyone needing plumbing service!
