Had a slight plumbing emergency involving a clogged kitchen sink. Yelped plumbers and OneStop had great reviews. I called, spoke to the most pleasant scheduling assistant and had a time frame of about 2 hours same day. 15 minutes later the tech was already at our house. Although it was about a 10 minute quick fix, I would highly recommend OneStop for any plumbing needs and will definitely think of them first in the future.

My name is Jim Lopez and my wife is Sonja, so I am the one sharing the following experience with OneStop Plumbers: This is my second experience with this company within a year. We unfortunately had a home builder use substandard material and labor when we bought our home 27 years ago. The first call was for a copper T- joint pipe leak by my water heater.

The material the builder originally used was questionable, failed and caused the leak. OneStopPlumber's service from phone call to completion of repair was smooth, professional and thoroughly searched for the origin of the problem during both of our calls for service. We had a slab leak this time. It was repaired with limited demo and there are no leaks now.

The price was thoroughly explained before work was started and the price was very fair considering the other options of re-piping or rerouting the water line. I am very happy with the outcome and will definitely call OneStopPlumbers in the future if the need arises.

The service was excellent from the initial call to the completion of the project. Price was also reasonable. I highly recommend OnsStop Plumbers and would not hesitate to utilize their service for any future plumbing needs.

Had a water leak that looked like a slab leak. Called OneStop Plumbers after talking to my neighbor and a highly rated response. Travis & "J" came to perform an inspection the same day, Friday. We scheduled for Tuesday the following week. Luckily for us, all that needed repaired was that when our house was built, the builders ran a drywall screw into a water pipe. The screw finally rusted away, causing the leak. Travis made quick the repairs, and all is great. Thanks to OneStop Plumbing for your fast and efficient plumbing repair.

Update 7/28/23 Ryan arrived on time and unstopped two bathroom sinks in less than 20 minutes. Professional and efficient! Dependable, Travis and Jake kept their appointment to repair my leaking water main outside even though it was raining. Came prepared with an "easy up" shelter for the work site. Trenched into rocks and roots to reach the leak several feet underground.

Very skilled at removing the damaged pipe and replacing it. Ensured the repair was strong before replacing soil and sod. Very polite and professional, pleasure to know there are such great tradesmen still working today. Update 8/2/24 the 20 year old shower cartridges in my home have almost stopped working due to the hard water. In fact they had to be drilled out of the valve in order to get replaced. Ryan is very skilled and accomplished both replacements in a little more than one hour. Everything works like new. Very professional work, clean and efficient. Will ask for Ryan for our next home improvement project with plumbing.

I always ask for Travis. He is very professional and very friendly. I never feel like he's here to get the most money out of me that he can. I trust his judgements and opinions. There is no pressure to do more than necessary. I will continue to call One Stop for all my plumbing needs.

One Stop Plumbing is great. I had a clogged toilet on Friday night. They were able to come out by noon on Saturday. Ryan explained what needed to be done. He was fast. His work area was cleaned up. He is very pleasant to work.

Ryan came to the house snaked the drain, there was a complication came back out with a water jet and the pipe is clear. Ryan was an amazing young man and this company was so nice. Called at 1:30 didnt expect someone until the next day. Ruben showed up at 2:30 and replaced the washer connectors and an outside spigot and was done by 3: 30. Excellent service.

Great Company! We have used them for years, and they are always prompt, reasonably priced, and excellent at explaining things. Here is an example: This morning, we made an appointment, and they said they would be there between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. At 8:15 a.m. we received a call that they would be there in 10 minutes. This is typical. they fixed our issue and were gone within one half of an hour. I can't recommend this company enough. And they stand behind their work.

Ryan s is very professional, and experienced, I had a concrete slab leak not at all easy fix Ryan and Conrad did a great job, clean and professional and this company give me a very fair price for the work they did thank you.

I called to schedule a plumbing appointment. The scheduler checked and had available a half hour window. I was excited as I thought it was going to be a week out. Ryan R was my attendant. I was called to prepare for his arrival and he knocked on the door in approximately fifteen minutes. He was early and complete with all parts and tools. He left the area immaculately cleaned with no sign of trash, lubricants, or water drops.

He was there to fix the problem and get on with his day to help another client. I am extremely particular about service and cleanliness and OneStop Plumbing surpassed my expectations. They even charged less than the original quote!

We needed a kitchen faucet changed since it was old & leaking. Searched Google, with good reviews, and Called One Stop Plumbers. Teara was so very friendly & understanding. Even gave an estimate over the phone, which was really reasonable. I had my work scheduled all week, but Teara scheduled us a plumber available for the weekend. Ryan did a good job.

Since we Noticed that the water filter pressure got low, I called again to get it checked out. Teara was very kind & sent us another plumber Ryan to check things out. It was a simple fix of turning the valve back to the correct position. They are all very kind & considerate & their prices are very reasonable.
