Dr. Kagan is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who has been practicing in the Metropolitan New York area for over 25 years. He graduated from Brown University in 1964 and went on to New York Medical College where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1969. He completed his Ophthalmic and surgical training at the US Public Health Service, The Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins University, and The Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Kagan has since served as the Chief of Ophthalmology at the Jewish Memorial Hospital and Assistant Clinical Professor at the New York Medical College.
