Optechnology. Is working on a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) contract awarded by the U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command to study Strategically Tuned Absolutely Resilient Structures (STARS) Phase II work has already begun. During Phase I of the project we addressed the fundamental relationships between the structure of cementitious composites and their mechanical properties as influenced by composition, processing, environment, stress state, and loading rate.
