Optimum Condition Corrective Exercise & Performance Center specializes in customized fitness training and corrective exercise for both recreational athletes and post-rehabilitation customers, as well as guaranteed weight loss programs. We're not a gym, but a premium fitness facility providing semi-private training and therapy as well as group exercise classes in a studio environment. We're situated in El Cajon, in the East County of San Diego.
