Where do I begin? Orion HVACs service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Talk about a team that seems very cohesive and not only dealing with customer inquiries, but scheduling, and workmanship. They provided me with excellent service. They helped me decide on the best equipment for my needs, dealt with the insurance/warranty company, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The team that they sent to my home for the installation was so professional. They made the necessary modifications, had superb attention to detail, and made me feel that my requests were important to address. The suggestions I made for them, since this is my home, and I know it better than most, were taken, with a sense of care and understanding. They were so thorough in making sure that everything was done right. Victor even checked my ductwork for proper airflow and patched up a few spots. I feel very comfortable and confident, knowing that my HVAC system was installed properly and with care.
UPDATE: additional work was required including replacing an outdated vent pipe on the roof with a new metal one with a wider diameter to allow better airflow for venting. They also replaced a defective pressure sensor part on the furnace. The entire team including Yury, Victor, Ruslan, Joon, and Alex made it easy to coordinate services and repairs. Alex in particular came up with a great solution to secure the now taller vent pipe on the roof to protect from wind and other potential weather pitfalls.

They gave me an honest appraisal without charging for unnecessary tests, and did the installation quickly, in the middle of an epic heat wave. They might be newer than some of the other folks around, but they are building a stellar and well-deserved reputation. Dont hesitate! My AC was not cooling down my house. I have dual zones. I had another company come out and tell me that I needed a new board, which he quoted about $800 with install. I got a second opinion with Orion and I'm so happy that I did. Constantine came out and told me that there was nothing wrong with my board and figured out the problem... saving me from a shady tech. Now my AC is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to call Orion again. They are honest and get the job done.

The team is excellent: they came on time, they had all the supplies and did a very good job of installing and securing the unit. Orion HVAC saved us when our HVAC blew up during a heat wave. They came out within two hours of us calling them, and then returned a couple of days later to do a complete replacement. Very professional and they explained what they were doing very well. They also coordinated the permitting process quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

My air conditioner stopped working on Aug 5,24 so I called HomeServe and they made arrangements with another company. That company never showed up. So I called HomeServe this morning 8/6/24 and they made arrangements with Orion HVAC. They said that they couldn't come today, I told them that I take care of my 81 yr old mom and that the temperature was 90. They said that they would be here by 4pm. And they were. The technician was very nice and fixed the issue. Thank you Orion HVAC for taking care of my family. I will let everyone I know, how wonderful you are and how much you care about your customers. The office was very responsive. The A/C technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Although the problem was not resolved the first day, the technician came back 3 days later and was able to get the A/C back working. He worked hard in the heat inside and out for 3 hours the first day and 3 hours the next time, he cleaned and worked through all the components to figure out the issue with my old unit. I much appreciate his diligence and resolve to fix the problem. Thank you Arthur. I can recommend this company for your A/C needs.

Our heater stopped heating, and I called them. Within five minutes, they had found a technician who could come to our house. He came within two hours, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, without having to add any new parts, which was what the previous Company said it required. They charged a minimal service fee and were out within 20 minutes. I very much appreciate their honesty, expediency, and work product. Will definitely use them again.

The entire Orion HVAC team was outstanding from scheduling to arriving on time to performing the repair on my air conditioner. I called Friday night after hours, thinking I would not get anyone until sometime the next week, but Alex come out the next day. He was nothing short of amazing at how professionally he looked at the system and repaired it so quickly. It runs and feels like I just put in a new unit instead of just making a repair to my old one.
I plan to work with Orion every year from now on to do my annual maintenance knowing I have honest and fair people of character and integrity to call on. Once you use Orion HVAC, you'll never work with anyone else again. Believe me.
