Orkin Property Management

Ted S. Orkin, CMCA, AMS has been in the real estate business since 1972, obtaining his Salesman's license in February of that year. He was licensed as a Broker in 1974. After 19 years in commercial brokerage, Ted focused on property management in 1992 and started working in community association management in 1995. In April of 1997 Orkin Property Management was established to supply management services for Community Associations, Shopping Centers and Office Buildings.
