I absolutely love this dental office! Everyone here is so kind, professional, and amazing at what they do. The whole team makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

Raina is truly the best! Shes adorable, always has the happiest face, and brings such positive energy to every visit. I always request her because she makes me feel so at ease and cared for. Shes incredibly kind and wonderful at her job.

I came to Dr. Zarrinnias office with a broken permanent retainer Ive had for 15 years. The entire staff was very helpful and kind, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I will never forget Caroline who helped me so much during this experience. Dr. Zarrinnia created a thoughtful and comprehensive treatment plan for my daughter and truly adapted it to what worked best for our family. We never felt pressured everything was clearly explained and customized to our needs.

Our favorite Ortho Assistant, Alex, is absolutely wonderful. He is incredibly gentle, patient, and skilled. My daughter feels comfortable with him every visit, which means so much to us.

Caroline, the Treatment Coordinator, is always in touch and incredibly responsive. She makes the entire process smooth and organized, and we are truly thankful for her support.

Katie at the front desk is one of our favorite people there. She is consistently kind and attentive. Even if our voicemail is full, she finds a way to reach us and remembers us every time we come in. That level of personal care is rare.

And when Raina filled in for Alex, she was just as professional and caring. We were very happy with her as well.

This entire team goes above and beyond. We are genuinely very satisfied and wanted to leave this review because they truly deserve recognition for the care and kindness they show to our family.

Big fan of Dr. Z. I was hesitant to get braces at 46, but he explained it in a way that made sense to me and felt like a no brainer. He wasnt pushy and just talked to me like I was a family member.

He and his team have all been very kind and thankfully gentle! I worked closely with Alex and Raina and can vouch for their professionalism and dedication. They make my braces appointments feel more relaxing than I thought they would be.

And the front desk team, Kathy and Caroline, make me feel very welcome.

Look, getting teeth worked on always sound scary, and I personally put it off for decades, but Im glad I decided to pick Dr. Z and his team and my teeth are looking better than ever.

Both of my sons have been patients of Dr. Zarrinnia for a few years. He is the absolute best!!! My oldest had his braces removed during summer and my youngest got his put on at the beginning of this school year. We love coming here. They are like a second family to us. The staff is amazing from the moment you walk in the door, Cathy is there to greet you and Alex always comes to say hello as well. Caroline helps set up all the boys treatments and plans as well as assisting the doctor when needed. Raina assists the doctor as well. I trust my boys are always in good hands when we are here! They are all so family oriented and make you feel a part of from day one.

This orthodonthist was recommended by our dentist. We are happy with the services that we have been provided by this office. From Dr Zarrinnia being so kind and patient to my Son. to Having Caroline explain the treatment that my son will have, to having Alex assisting with my son's tx and braces and answering my questions and explaining the step by step process of my son's treatment. Everyone in the office are very professional and accomodating.

Dr. Z and the whole team are fantastic. I first came here about 10 years ago for braces, and since then Ive relied on Dr. Z to keep my retainer in great shape. Hes consistently reliable and genuinely cares about his patients.
I was in again last night and was blown away by the newly remodeled metal shop absolutely state-of-the-art, and clearly run by someone who knows exactly what theyre doing.

Every time I come here I feel very comfortable and welcome. Most importantly, my teeth are now looking perfect and better than ever before, and my retainers are effective, durable, and super comfortable at the same time. I am glad that my retainers are made from some of the best materials, and I am thankful for finding this place.

My teeth used to be crooked and unaligned. After getting set with braces and then taking them off, my teeth are now aligned and I no longer have an overbite. Dr. Zarinnia and all his staff were incredibly understanding and experienced throughout my treatment, fixing every problem that arose and answering all the questions I had. He is one of the most professional, educated orthodontists in California who is able to handle difficult situations with a variety of different techniques. If I had to describe Dr. Zarrinnias work in two words it would be perfect teeth!
