Osborne Designs was set up in early 1998 with high hopes to succeed and grow. Founder Richard E. Osborne was focused on providing superb creative design materials in a timely and cost effective manner. Building the business from home gave Richard the ability to work with a tiny staff of home based designer/developers. Utilizing Internet communication capabilities gives Osborne Designs a low overhead which in turn gives their customer a lower overall cost on all design materials/services.
