Jason is AMAZING and the best service provider I have encountered in years, maybe ever. He assessed my situation and the challenges with my three car garage door openers. He explained several solutions and articulated the pros and cons of the options. He is honest and knowledgeable about the product, a great communicator, smart, patient and diligent.

He wasn't leaving until the job was complete - and we're talking on a Friday night! Jason did it all with great humor and a big smile. Best phone call I made was to Overhead Door and SO glad Jason was assigned to my job. Thank you!

Broken spring, quick response, fast fix, really terrific! Jason came back to replace a faulty opener that has been a problem for years, super problem solver and great service. New opener works great and went out of his way to get unusual remote and switches to work. Outstanding and good prices!

Had a cable break - door jammed. Called the door people we had been using for years (had even bought four garage doors from them in the past), but they said could not come (would not come) for two weeks! So we found Overhead Door of Frederick. They said they would gladly come that same day. They came in less than three hours. They fixed the door. Price was reasonable. And Zack, the tech that came, was fantastic. We now have a NEW garage door company. One we will highly recommend and an old company that will never get our business again!

Early this morning, the spring on my garage door broke. Within hours Kendall Phoenix arrived at my house to do the repair. He explained the scope of work that I needed done for the repair. Then he got right to work. Even though it was extremely hot outside, he worked efficiently and got the job done in about an hour. I was very happy with the work. He cleaned up everything! I highly recommend overhead door and Kendall Phoenix.

He went above and beyond during emergency hours to ensure our garage door could open again and replaced the broken parts with stronger, longer lasting parts. I need to leave this positive review for Mike N. His service was outstanding. I am very pleased with the result of the repair he's done with my garage gate. I requested work order for my garage door to our local housing maintenance, I am not sure what they have been doing but even temporary fix was not was not even a success. My only request was for me to be able to lock the door from the outside as the lock mechanism was messed up if tried to lock from outside.

It was not very convenient to lock your garage door when you are already outside then had to go to back again inside through your main entrance door is it? It's such a relief now with Mike's resolve. He had not just repaired the lock but even lubricated the moving parts and made sure it's back to how it should work its purpose. Mike has worked after hours to get my gate repaired, to me that's commitment and dedication on its own right.

He was friendly with my pets as well, They like him. His attention to detail deserves a commendation, He also has a plan B in case the fix he's done would fail if ever. I just want his leadership to recognise his workmanship and for him to get credit on his excellent performance.

Overhead Door was extremely fast to respond to my inquiry on their website. They sent a technician (Trevor) out less than 2 hrs after they called to confirm my issue and he was able to get our door working again. Very professional and fast! Would highly recommend them if you run into any issues with your garage doors.

Excellent service and customer care. I called them on Sunday, their technician came Monday, fixed the garage door and replaced the remote control immediately. I called them later that day because the sensor stopped working, within half hour Bill the technician showed up and fixed it for me. Their professional attitude and straightforward pricing were impeccable.

Our technician was Trevor. He is such a nice guy! He was thorough with his job. We thought we would have to replace the door but turns out, we only needed a repair. Now it runs smoothly and quietly. Trevor came in, assessed the situation and got right to work. Probably took all of one hour. I will call them again but hopefully I won't have to.

Mike, our tech, was incredibly great. He called us to alert us to the fact that he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem (a broken spring) within seconds after entering the garage. He estimated that he would be able to complete the repair in about an hour, which turned out to be quite accurate. He displayed a high degree of professionalism, competence, and efficiency.

In addition to the repair, he lubricated the hinges and performed preventive maintenance. In addition, he was friendly and pleasant. He even charmed our puppy! Before he arrived, we were feeling quite desperate. An hour later, the problem was solved and we were feeling relieved. The price was very reasonable - especially for an emergency repair at 5 pm on the day before Easter Sunday. My wife and I are very happy customers.

Overhead Door Company was able to provide next day service, which was quick and fairly priced! The technician, Trevor, went over everything about the new equipment, warranty, etc., and was also able to provide me a military discount! Will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Our garage door broke yesterday and Overhead door was able to come out today and our technicians, Trevor and Jason, we're extremely professional and helpful. They not only fixed the problem but they also looked for additional causes and told us what to look out for. Would highly recommend!

Overhead Door Company is the Best! Our family experienced an issue with the garage door not opening and closing properly. I contacted them and spoke with Dan who was very polite on the phone and said he would dispatched a service technician name Sam as soon as possible. Upon arrival Sam was professional, courteous, and within a short time had our garage back up and working with ease. Kudos to Dan and Sam for EXCELLENT service!
