Client Satisfaction is a priority that has overriding emphasis as the firm moves forward today. Understanding and meeting client expectations is the key to achieving continued high standards of repeat client business. Since the business began, focus has grown to forced air heating and air conditioning in addition to the plumbing and hydronic heating. Currently managers, Bob and Jim Desrochers, who both began as apprentices with P&H, while their father was a leading serviceman in the Flint area, are continuing the tradition of the founders.
