Pacific Center

Community Center in Berkeley, CA
Community Center in Berkeley, CA We currently have cheerful news to announce! The landlord reconsidered his decision to sell the building that the Pacific Center has occupied since 1978. The buillding was taken off the market earlier this summer. In addition, our landlord inc. has provided a two year extension on our current lease with three one-year options. The only change in the rent will be tiny cost of living increases built into the options. We have the option of renting additional space in the building next door this Fall space which will better accommodate additional peer groups and people with physical disabilities.
