Each entertainer will start by meeting with you to work through all the details approximately a month prior to your event. During the consultation they will listen to your requirements, offer suggestions, and help you in putting together an event timeline. They will spend a wealth of time listening to your music requests, and will ask you questions to refine your music play list, so they play the correct music to fit your event's style and to get everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. If you are not planning on hiring a day of coordinator, your entertainer will step up and be the staff leader during your event
