A problem arose last week while I was out of town and Bennett personally followed-up with my supplier in China and my freight forwarder to clear up a discrepancy with the AMS B/L numbers.
It's an uncomfortable feeling to put your trust in someone you've never met, but when they come through and do exactly what you hoped they would, it's a great feeling.
