Our ushers play one of the most important roles in the guests' experience and safety at the Palace Theatre. These team members assist guests in locating amenities, appropriate theatre doors, and seats within the theatre. Ushers also are stationed throughout the theatre to direct guests with questions about lost and found items, assisted listening devices, and general inquiries.
