Job #1: Plumber was respectful and explained the job in great detail. He stuck to the quote exactly. I will use Paluska Plumbing in the future.
Job #2: The guys did a nice job in short order. They stuck to the quote while fixing all the items on my list. They even cleaned up after themselves.
Quote for Job #3: Today's visit was merely to get quotes on several new water heater options. Each option was explained in detail, so I can make an informed decision once I receive the quotes.
Job #3: I had a Bradford White Hydrojet 40 gal water heater installed. The price was high, but I feel Bradford White is the best. The plumbers at Paluska Plumbing are good natured guys. No problems. Left my basement nice and clean.

Jorge Cortex did fantastic work for me today. He started the service today by doing his best to not charge me for unnecessary services.

Then answered my barrage of questions about the service he was providing. I am not personally knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing, but Jorge was incredibly kind and respectful. He helped me understand more about my ground water level, why my sump pump runs as often as it did, and he explained the process he used to remedy my situation.

He did that all while obviously taking care in his work. Double checking for any leaks that may have shown up, and maintaining professional, polite conversation.

He also took the time to answer a couple of unrelated questions I had of plumbing things in the house, maintenance of my water heater and even mismatched fittings I had for my fish tank.

Highly recommend. I had Jake and George to my house on separate occasions and they were both very friendly and knowledgeable. It's rare to find a company full of employees that actually care about helping their customers and take pride in their work. I'll never use anyone else!

My appointment was for an 8-9am arrival. Jorge and Michael were waiting outside at 7:55. That's never happened. Then, they were in and out in less time than quoted, and did a great job installing our new water softener system. I will definitely be contacting them for future plumbing issues.

Early for the job, very professional, friendly, and kind. Caring about the work and explaining everything that needed to be done and why. You have a customer for life with me, my family and anyone that ever asks me whom to recommend. Jake is a great guy and knows what he is doing very well. Made a bad day a 1000 better. Jorge (supervised)and Mike (his trainee) were prompt, courteous and professional! Even sweet to my curious kitty! Mike did a great job (no leaks!) and guided me on purchasing an appropriate new faucet to replace the cheap leaking one! Thanks Paluska Plumbing!

The plumber who came out before was either completely incompetent or tried to scam me. He quoted me a cost of $2600 to repair a leaky shower. David Young came out, finished the job in about 20 minutes, and charged me $240. Excellent work!

Paluska got me in much quicker than I expected.
Jorge was punctual, professional, and quickly resolved my issue (at a fair price too). Recommended highly!

George was very nice and knew exactly what he needed to do to fix our pipe. It was the main pipe from the upstairs to the sewer pipe that leads outside. We will call Paluska Plumbing again.

I requested an estimate for several plumbing issues in my home. Jorge went through my list, examined all the problems taking photos of them; and fixed one immediate issue. He was very pleasant and professional.

I've hired these guys twice over the years. I've never seen such happy and confident tradespeople. You can tell the company treats their people right by the work they do. I'll admit, I'm one to complain A LOT, but I can't find a single thing to complain about with Paluska. I would say they set the bar. Always excellent service and genuinely nice and professional people to deal with.

From the moment I called them they were amazing. They have a very attentive, caring, and efficient team. They were polite, professional, and didnt make me feel more like an idiot than I already did. They did a great job and not only will I call them next time, butni would absolutely recommend theire team to anyone.

I normally do not like working with plumbers but this company has a customer for life. Did not try to get me to approve any work that wasn’t needed, and ended up being a bigger job than expected but they got it done quickly and avoided damage to walls, and minimal damage to ceiling to get access to to the pipes. Great company to work with. I can see why they came so highly recommended by the neighborhood.

Paluska plumbing was wonderful to work with! They were prompt, clear, and helpful in their communication and were very quick to respond when I had additional questions. Service Tech, Luke, was polite and courteous. He got to the job of replacing our floor drain quickly. He explained what he did and did his best to contain the mess from the job. We are very pleased with the quality of work.

I’m so happy with the service I received. From the office to the technicians, everyone was so kind and professional. I called first thing in the morning to let them know my water heater had gone out and they were able to give me an appointment for later that afternoon. The technicians did an excellent job. They redesigned a previously poor installation of a leaking shutoff valve.
It now works perfectly and more conveniently. We are pleased with the job done, they really exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely fantastic service! From the time I called them at 4:30 in the afternoon until I had a brand new water heater installed and completed by around 6:30 p.m. . I'm super impressed with the service that I got!
