ChemDry came to my home and got out the blue raspberry lemonade stain on our couch. They were honest from the beginning and upfront about all costs before starting the work. Our couch looks like new! There are not enough words in English to praise the Patrick Family and their Chem Dry services. Teresa greeted this newbie to CT and offered her best serviceman, Robert, to us for what ended up being an all day job! The attentiveness to our unique situation (new home purchase that was absolutely disgusting, it seems this 58 year old home had not seen a vacuum, broom, or mop in 25 years or so) and his outstanding personality were so amazing!
While we seem to be hemorrhaging money trying to bring the home back to some sense of glory and the unexpected expense to make the home safe for humans and pets was a shock, the Patrick Family Chem Dry team took such great care of us, gave us an outstanding price, and were here scrubbing all the years of filth off our flooring until close to 8pm. Mr. Patrick himself even stopped by to check on his excellent staff. Robert worked his tail off, probably lost a few lbs (and may prematurely grey), was so very thoughtful and professional, and even helped me when my silly dogs thought they should take off after a neighbor dog. Long story short, if you are still reading this review, please know that the Patricks are the best in the biz!

Excellent service! Robert the carpet cleaner is lovely and professional. Our old, light carpets had pet stains and coffee stains on them. We hadnt cleaned them in years! Beginning with Teresa Patrick setting up the appointment asap for me, as we had water intrusion in our office saturating the carpets, to husband Dave and crew shopping up quickly with a smile and a great personality, these folks are the best. They got the stains out and it smelled clean for days after. Dont take your chances with internet companies controlled from out of the area with cheap or teaser rates. This is a home town family business that caters to your needs and does the job right the first time. The best!

Spoke with Teresa on the phone for booking and scheduling, and worked with Dave and Rob on site and could not have asked for better service! Extremely responsive and attentive! Had large living room carpet cleaned (including pet spots), as well as 2 smaller area rugs, All came out fantastic!
They even gave recommendations for future care and maintenance. The carpets havent looked better since they were bought! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer when needed again!

I have had another popular company (you know - the yellow trucks?) clean my rugs in the past. Patrick Family cleaned my rugs MUCH better than they have been in the past! I had a sick dog who made a mess in 2 rooms and it was completely cleaned without a trace! They even got up some old nail polish that spilled a few years ago!
