This intensive, week-long workshop is tailored to supply immediate, tangible training for employees new to commercial lending and to improve skills of less-experienced commercial lenders. Sessions will include lectures and numerous cases emphasizing tiny group and personal work. Enrollment will be limited to ensure greater interaction with the instructor, case leaders and peers. Fourty-two hours of instruction are scheduled.
