Stephen also worked on our AC this past July 4th. He arrived after midnight, was very pleasant and got our systems that had been knocked out by a lightning storm, up and running and fully checked them out. Even though it was very late, he was very thorough and methodical and did not rush through his work.

The lady who answered the phone needs some help with being professional. She seemed like she did not want to talk or discuss anything. She would not check with the Dispatcher to see when my technician would arrive.

I was also satisfied that, while he explained the importance of replacing the unit at a future date, he did not pressure me to do it immediately !! He calmly provided me with the plausible options and time frames. He also answered my simple questions about the procedures of setting the thermostat.
