Pearsey Enterprises. Started doing business in 1952. The 1st store was situated in Inglewood, Ca, just a several blocks down from the Forum. TV's and stereos were the 1st of many products to be sold by the Pearsey family. The business grew until, in 1981, Bakersfield was chosen as the site for the 1st store in Kern County. Over the next decade, the stores in Delano, Arvin, and Taft were added. All of the L. A. Area stores were sold around 1990 so the Pearsey family could concentrate on serving Kern County exclusively. In March of 2000, they moved the Arvin store to the town of Lamont to better serve the Arvin/Lamont area!
