When I 1st came in, two months after having a pretty baby, I could barely walk faster than a snail's pace without suffering from some incontinence. I was going through several thick liners a day. Now i am at a point where I can jog or run up the stairs without any leakage and do not have to wear a liner or anything! It's a wonderful feeling. Thanks Sandra! The medication I was taking was not doing the trick and I was anxious to earn back the control I was used to having.
