We connect you to local students, families and dignitaries, and offer you exclusive opportunities to get to know the local culture. Most of our students join our programs independently. It's a great opportunity for you to step outside your comfort zone and meet new friends from all over the US and abroad. In 1956, the People to People International Foundation was created by President Dwight D. Eisenhower with a mission to enhance international understanding and friendship through educational, cultural and humanitarian activities involving the exchange of ideas and experiences between people of diverse cultures.

read moreWe believe in showing our students the iconic sites and having fun, but we also help students discover the essence of each place they visit. We offer thoughtfully designed activities that are exclusive to People to People. We connect students to local families, students and community leaders-we believe this is best way to become immersed in the local culture. Giving back to the communities we visit is a meaningful component of our programs and helps students make a positive contribution. Students will earn a certificate for at least 10 hours of community service.
