This is the Official Site of the N. Highlands Junior Scots. We are the Official feeder program for HAAD (Highlands Art and Design School in North Highlands, CA. The Sacramento Youth Football League is committed to the athletic and academic development of our student athletes through football and cheerleading. We'll conduct all of our business with the student athletes safety and mental well being in mind. While doing so, we'll accomplish our aim of supporting our local communities and the high school in which we feed into.
