Individual Finance Company was established as Model Finance Company in Battle Creek, Michigan in 1937. During the next 30-plus years, we operated as a tiny, closely held firm with offices in Illinois and Indiana. In 1971, we were acquired by Securian Financial Group. Shortly after, we changed our name to Personal Finance Company - clearly identifying our dedication to meeting the personal requirements of our clients. Since then, we currently have continued to grow our firm into more communities. Currently PFC maintains offices in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee.
