Extremely unprofessional company
I had to cancel the service I had scheduled with them, and they charged me a $10 "admin fee" (because they made me pay for the service several days before they were even scheduled to come out). Then, when I asked about the fee, they were extremely rude and basically told me it's my problem. Apparently, they weren't willing to work with me because they were angry that I had cancelled. The email I received actually said "it's not our fault you cancelled..." Value for Money — greedy company
