Phoenix Realty began by a Christian couple in Cary back in 1980's. This was when Cary was just a railroad stop with a stop sign and a few aged homes sprinkled around the terrain and I-40 was two lane road. In 2004, Phoenix Realty was purchased by Triangle Group Realty of Durham & Chapel Hill, run by Vincent Thai. The firm continues to serve our community representing home buyers and sellers plus delivering local property management solutions to investors.

If we have to evict a tenant we placed in your property earlier, we will file the paper work for you at the small claims court and present before the judge on your behalf without charging you.

We highly recommend purchasing a policy that includes liability insurance in addition to personal property coverage. Liability insurance provides financial protection to you when you accidentally damage or destroy the property.

Please read this before submitting your repair request: Residential Rental Contract, paragraph 5, Tenant's Obligations and paragraph 11, Damages, states that tenant shall be responsible for and liable to the landlord for all damages, defacement of, or removal of property whatever the cause, except such damage caused by ordinary wear and tear.
