My name is Christopher Higgins, and I am The Apartment Guy, a man on a mission. Having attended a few too many boring real estate and apartment industry courses, in early 2003 I launched a company committed to professional education in the multifamily and rental housing industries. My seminars are intended to make real estate specialists more productive, more successful, happier in their careers, and fully aware of the legalities and complexities of their work.
