We wanted to replace our older glass shower door and received three quotes from local suppliers. Pioneer Glass was prompt, patient and professional. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal, with several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We decided to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door.

Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again.

They went above and beyond. I drove all the way from Long Island. They had cabinet glass in stock. P3 wavy glass. Cut and fit in one hour. Great experience!

I needed new screens immediately and was very happy to hear they had cat proof screens. The service was fast and the two gentlemen who removed and replaced the screens were very polite and efficient. We have a very old house and the job was not easy one. My cats thank you as well.

Dave and Patrick were very professional and very knowledgeable. They replaced one glass panel in a sliding glass door and one whole section of another sliding door. The section replacement was very difficult but they figured it out and did a great job. They were very neat and left the area cleaner than it was. I will always go to Pioneer with any glass or mirror needs! I just brought in my favorite vintage mirror that broke and they took all the broken bits, nicely removed the back and little wooden stoppers and cut a BEAUTIFUL new mirror with arched corners. It fits perfectly and was given back to me in mint condition. Pricing is also amazing! High end mirrors, nevermind custom cut, are expensive and Pioneer is affordable for the incredible job they do. Pioneer did a small job for me replacing broken glass in an old coffee table at reasonable price with an estimate upfront. Happy with end result. Will use them again when I replace glass in a sliding door.

Service is the best, Dave knows his stuff when it comes to windshields I own a jeep and have had to replace the windshield twice now. Just walk in and Dave knows right away just by the look on my face and places the order and handles all the paper work. Hands down the best place in black stone valley

I've gotten all my glass over the years, from desk tops, to all my table tops, for most of my furniture. Jake helped me today. He was very helpful with all the questions I had. When Jake called me at the end of the day to say that my desk top glass was ready. Wow, I never expected same day service. That really made my day! For glass, you can't beat Pioneer. p.s. I needed a mirror for a bathroom. Placed the order on Saturday, Pioneer said it would be ready Monday. He called me about an hour later, saying it was ready! Very quick service and it was cut to my exact specifications.
