Property Maintenance Supply was established in 1985 with the vision of one firm that would be capable to offer all the electrical and plumbing provides a maintenance engineer would need to keep a facility running. After a short time of servicing client requirements, we recognized that there was an opportunity to supply swimming pool chemicals and janitorial / paper products to our hospitality and multifamily facility clients.
