Professional Martial Arts (PMA) is dedicated to the art of self-defense and self-improvement. The instructors at PMA have been teaching kids and adults for many years. Our ranking system is in Okinawan karate, but we currently have trained in and teach many other arts as well. We provide Fitness Kickboxing classes, Meditation classes, as well as Massage treatments.
