Crystal is a certified individual trainer through the National Sports and Conditioning Association (NSCA) She has a passion for helping others live a healthy lifestyle and teaching them to push their limits beyond what they think they are able of. Crystal enjoys running, hiking, tennis, volleyball, biking, snow-shoeing, yoga and the constant pursuit of yummy healthy foods. She is currently pursuing her education as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition.
