read moreThe chassis is actually the same; the only difference is the power source. Pole Position Raceway uses electric go karts because they accelerate harder, smoother and offer more consistent performance than gas-powered engines. Electric indoor karting is also quieter, produces no fumes and keeps the track clean since the karts do not leak any gas or oil onto the surface. All drivers need to be at least 48 inches tall, at least 6 years of age and be able to safely operate the karts. Racers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a minor release liability form.
