While preliminary cuppings are done starting at the farm, by our importers, and us, we cup our roasts daily in our facility to allow us to adjust our roast, bringing out certain flavors. This ensures that the beans we have received have the aroma, taste, and mouthfeel desired. We roast our coffee 5 days a week at our facility in Wilmington, NC.
