
The client care department consists of data entry and client service representatives. All staff are trained to use various programs that better assist the data entry of orders and most questions pertaining to surveying. They are responsible for expediting files that have been placed on hold, expediting title policy with the title firm, faxing survey confirmations and communicating with other departments in reference to the status of each order being processed. Data entry and the customer service representatives are our open communication between our customers and our firm.
