Wonderful!!!
My carpets and tile look better then ever. The guys name was Steve, I think. (bad memory) He was prompt, I mean on the dot 10:00, which is when the appointment was for (no waiting for a hour) very professional and super kind. He put up with me which is saying something, I like things done in a particular way and he didn't get frustrated or edgy not once. Where others have and I'm not horrible just a little picky. I asked if he could do a little more in the kitchen after he was already finished and he had no problem doing so even did the whole kitchen over again with a smaller tool to get what I wanted. Helped me move furniture so he could get underneath. As well as pulled the carpet up to check for mildew as we have had some random leaks come up through the carpet in one of the rooms. Over all extremely pleased and would recommend. Will be using them again. Value for Money
