Precision Design

In 1994, Jane raised the roof on Precision Design and subsequently expanded her marketing communications company from two to a staff of 6 specialists today. Thanks to her pro-management style, the designers, writers, and translators on her staff have remained together for many years. The staff's high levels of customer service and impeccable work have allowed PD to retain many customers for more than a decade. To strengthen staff and customer communications, Jane co-developed the Stamp of Approval administrative and quality control system as an integrated tool to track customer orders.
