Preferred Management

Preferred Management was set up in 1997. The firm manages a combination of single-family homes, twin homes and multi-family complexes from pre-existing to new construction. In addition to the domestic units, we manage commercial, retail and office space and supply association management. Preferred Management's most impressive asset is its people. Our group, led by Darrel Viereck, Owner, is comprised of nine employees, which includes a general director, a property director, a complete-time maintenance person, on-site managers.
