Preston Engineering

Preston provides a broad array of environmental services typically mandated by state or federal law. Preston served as the principal contractor to the Iowa leaking underground storage tank program during which cleanup reports were reviewed at over 5, 000 sites. Another highlight was assisting the City of Dubuque by performing dozens of site assessments in the Ice Harbor project that facilitated the construction of the Mississippi River Museum, the Water Park Hotel and Convention Center, and the redevelopment of the Star Brewery.
