The Iowa Sports Connection has been around now for 12 years! The look and the products have changed through the years but the message and the mission have remained the same. Promote positive participation in youth sports by recognizing active Iowans from the Pee-Wees to the Preps to the Pros. Our President and Founder, Mike Rickord, began the firm out of his garage. As he followed his own sons youth sports activities he realized that there was a need to recognize parents, coaches and the youth who were participating in the numerous programs around the state.
