read moreI had locked my keys in the trunk of my 2008 Eclipse spider about half an hour before work. I quickly learned that the trunk is almost impossible to open when the doors are locked, as there is no trunk release inside the car.
I called Pro-Keys and was told it would take about 2 hours or so for a dummy key to be made and delivered.
Jerry showed up about 20 - 30 minutes later, spent about 10 - 15 minutes working around in my car and was able to release the trunk. Not only was he able to complete the job in less than half the time I was told I would be waiting, but he also told me how to get into the trunk in case I locked my keys in there again. If that weren't enough, the job cost less than I was told initially, and Jerry informed me about how other locksmith companies might have just scammed me and drilled a hole through my trunk lock cylinder and called it a day.
