This time I was looking for a company I can trust, luckily I found Professional Appliance Repair. They could come immediately, but I wasn't available, so we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician was so great, he called me in the morning and told, he would arrive within an hour, as was planned. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, was professional, friendly and explained the situation very clearly. The scheduling part was super convenient and the next day the tech came to our place. He tested until he genuinely knew what the problem was, explained every step that he diagnosed, gave us some recommendations, and charged with a reasonable fee. The service was very professional, timely, knowledgeable and courteous. Everything went in an open and honest way. It's nice to know you can trust a company. Great service!
The technician was a few minutes early - which is even better than right on time. He was very conscientious, making sure that he had a towel and trash bag ready to go. Best part: He had the motor in his van so no waiting in ordering parts! They were done very quickly and it was a fair price (not the first time I've replaced the pump motor so I had a comparison point). He was very professional while on site - even asking if it would OK to explain to his assistant/trainee (not sure) in Russian. They even checked the repair twice before departing. I would recommend Professional Appliance Repair for LG appliance repairs. Value for Money

Very happy!
Our Whirlpool washer was failing to drain and cycle. We were in need of a timely response with a pile of wet clothing. The response time was fast and scheduled for the next day. Technician was professional, wore a mask and quickly identified the problem. He cleaned out accumulated debrie, returned the next day with a new installed pump in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend, very happy! Value for Money

AMAZING
My refrigerator had been slowly dying for a couple of weeks (living in coolers in the garage) and on Thanksgiving I started looking on Yelp for appliance repair companies. I figured I would send a message and they would get back to me on Monday. Not only did I get a message back in a couple of hours, they sent a tech out to my house the next day. They diagnosed it was dirty coils, cleaned them, and my 14yo refrigerator has been great ever since. Shout out to Vlad the owner, and to Evan my tech who was AMAZING. Fast and affordable. I will be using for all my appliance repairs in the future Value for Money

Quick & Efficient
Our oven was not baking properly. I contacted Professional Appliance and they responded quickly, within 10 minutes. I was able to book a technician for this non emergency within 2 business days. I understood there was a flat rate of $100 that would be credited to the fix. We were set for noon to 3pm and they messaged me at 8:25am about moving up the time to 9-noon, which was fine. The technician was professional. The technician replaced an ignitor and was done within 60 to 70 minutes. Labor was $220. I was then told they did not charge hourly but for the specific repair. The part was $140. Total was $396 with tax. I paid them their total and appreciate their responsiveness but $220 for 70min (tops) of work seems high.Ask more specific questions about pricing.

Honest, punctual, professional
I called due to an overflowing dishwasher. A very polite technician came over quickly and got the dishwasher working again. He cautioned that there could be a bigger plumbing issue that would require a plumber. The dishwasher backed up again a week later (as he predicted it might) and he came by free of charge to clean it and the drain out again. He also gave me instructions on what needed to be fixed by a plumber.Honest, punctual, professional. Will definitely call again with any future issues

Was able to come out really quickly to repair our sub-zero freezer. Service was great- tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I know that people have complained about the price but if I wonder if those people had ever had Sub-Zero services before. We had. And price was very comparable. Would definitely recommend!!
