Our outreach streaches out over many different ministries, including the Permanent Edifying Conselling Liason (PECL) program for abandoned and abused stuffed animals. This ministry of DGSAVS provides food and shelter to stuffed animals who have been subjected to abandonment and abuse. Using a combination of conselling programs with our certified consellors and TLC from our stuffed animal staff, PECL has helped numerous stuffed animals come to terms with their past and move on to a brighter future.
