Professional Heating and Air Conditioning is situated in Green Bay, Wisconsin and has been in business since 1984. The firm was established by Jim Spiegel who graduated from technical college in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. With an Associates Degree in HVAC, Jim built the firm from ground up. Professional Heating and Air Conditioning began as a single man operation run out of Jim's home. Within two years, Jim's business had grown so well that he built a shop to house his operation.
